PropSms functionality has been developed as a more effective communication system with income yielding properties as part of the PropSys package.

In our day to day business we are required to communicate with property debtors (tenants & Body Corporate Owners), property creditors (landlords) or colleagues for various reasons. Typically these conversations cannot be stored, is costly and time consuming. With PropSms this is addressed to the benefit of the managing agent and client.

Application

Currently PropAcc offers four distinct ways in using this feature.

1. Single typed messages
2. Bulk messages
3. Arrear SMS’s ( to be used in place of or in conjunction with arrears letters)
4. Debtor balance SMS’s ( as a possible substitute to statements )

Core Attributes

• All SMS’s are stored on the PropSys database.
• This enables the user to see who was communicated with
•  When, by whom, confirm status and  if it was billed
• The recipient can reply on received communication which is brought to the attention of the user.
• PropSys only requires access to a mapped drive on an Internet accessible PC.
• No contracts required
