PropMail is a virtual post office system, designed to create PDF statements to property debtors (tenants & Body Corporate Owners) and property creditors (landlords) in bulk or single format.

Q. What do I gain by using PropMail?

• From the user side only 1 to 10k xml messages are sent to our file server which will in turn create the proper email.

Q. How does PropMail work?
In short the applicable PropSys module will create an xml file which will be stored on a predefined mapped drive. PropMail will pickup these xml files and email these to our file server. Please note that the actual PropSys system has no need for internet access!
The xml file will then be received by our file server which will in turn create a predefined email with the statement attached as a PDF file. At no stage will the recipient be aware of our involvement and indeed all undelivered mail will be returned to you.
