PropFms is a flexible, user-friendly facilities management module that can manage any type of property. All buildings managed by the accounting module PropAcc can utilize PropFms. The user can setup any type of building repair that can be logged by a tenant, landlord, caretaker or any other individual. PropFms will also manage all inspections on units or buildings. An outstanding call/progress window is present at all times to focus the user on work at hand.

Functions

Log a Call
PropFms will log all calls received and produce feedback to the person that logged the call. Response times a listed as well as reminders can be set. The person responsible for the account, are also identified. At this point requests can also be paced for inspections to be done.

Task a Call
Request to quote can be produced to authorized contractors.
After a quote is accepted the call can be tasked and a job card can be produced.
Inspections can be allocated at this point with the appropriate documentation produced.

Complete a Call
On receipt of the completed job card the call can be completed. The feedback can be stored from the contractor. Inspection feedback can be stored in detail.

Reports
The following reports can be retrieved from PropFms. All reports can be retrieved for a range of dates and specific sub selects.
