History
PropSys Solutions were created as a Property Management Software house by Marius Vermeulen and is based in Johannesburg. PropSys offers various property management modules as listed in our Products page.

Marius Vermeulen

After completing his B Comm. degree at the University of Bloemfontein, Marius joined Barbour & Thorne estate agents in Welkom. He quickly acquired practical property management experience and was promoted to financial manager responsible for the operations of their Welkom head office. He has financial, IT and property management experience dating back to 1992 and was the main driving force behind the development of what is today known as the PropSys Property Management System.  He has extensive experience in all forms of property management.
